Diplôme phare en matière de Management des Affaires Internationales, le MBA est un programme reconnu à l’international à un niveau Bac +5 / Bac + 6. Les cours sont dispensés en bilingue français/anglais ; Notre formation inclue le développement personnel du candidat et l’élaboration d’un projet professionnel, et assure un suivi individuel des participants.

Notre MBA est composé de 3 périodes, chacune validée par un Certificat de Compétences Européennes et Internationales, délivré par l'ECMU -Bruxelles soit :

7 modules de cours fondamentaux

Module 1 : Economics

The aim of the course is to provide students with an advanced study of selected problems in economics. Subjects covered include the monetary and international investment, current global monetary situation, current issues in free trade and protection, trade and economic growth and future issues and prospects.

Module 2 : Management / Marketing

A study of the managerial process and the functioning of organizations ; notions of integrating findings of the behavioural science with quantitative systems and new approaches to management.
A study of marketing principles and policies ; marketing function, pricing, markety research, product development, trade channel problems, and the influence of the consumer, brand policies, government, legislation, administrative regulations.

Module 3 : Managerial Accounting

Accounting theory and practice. Methods of operational analysis for hospitality propreties are evaluated and utilized, including ratio comparative and cost-volume profit analysis. Other topics include internal control, operational budgeting and techniques used to evaluate the long term capital budgeting decision for the business.

Module 4 : English Business Communication Skills

Prepare the students for immediate "real-world" application of executive communication both in oral presentation and written business correspondence.

Module 5 : Management Information Systems

Management information and statistical analysis required for operation, control, organization and planning, for management decision making.

Module 6 : Introduction to Business Principles and Strategic Thinking

This course provides an introduction to the theory and practice of modern business, and provides students with the basic tools for developing their strategic thinking. It introduces students to fundamental management concepts, various functions such as marketing, human resources management, accounting, information technology and the external environment of business, economics, banking and insurance.

Module 7 : Introduction to Quantitative Methods

This course introduces students to approaches to problem solving and mathematical models that are used in modern business situations. Topics covered include functions and graphs - linear, quadratic, and exponential functions ; using Excel, and graphing. Students will learn how quantitative methods are applied to supply, demand, cost, revenue, and profit, and master the methodology for finding net present value and internal rate of return on Excel. They will develop a basic understanding of financial mathematics and data analysis (the graphical and numerical descriptions of data) critical to successful MBA-level studynomics.

7 modules de cours fondamentaux avancés

Module 1 : Advanced Management

Basic problems of management in an international context : the international firms, their strategies and management environment and future. The course is organized around the traditional management functions of planning, organizing, communicating and controlling.

Module 2 : International Marketing

Understanding of international marketing with emphasis on industry applications. Marketing decision - making and understanding complex marketing situations. Planning and implementing marketing programs.

Module 3 : Managerial Economics

Managerial Economics uses the tools and techniques of economic analysis to analyze and then to solve business problems. In a sense, managerial economics bridges the gap between traditional economics and business administration decision making.
With modifications, the principles of managerial economics can be applied to the management of non-business, non profit organizations such as schools, hospitals, government agencies, and like institutions. Managerial economics also clarifies the vital role business firms play in our society, that is, producing and then distributing goods and services most efficiently.

Module 4 : Financial Accounting

Sources of finance market rations. Capital expenditure decisions. Asset replacement decisions. Relationship between risk and return. Capital rationing. Gearing, relationships between debt and equity of companies. Working capital management. Cash stocks and credit management. Leasing.

Module 5 : Corporate Finance

Finance and control applied to the international hospitality industry.

Module 6 : Quantitative Business Alaysis

This highly practical module introduces statistics and other quantitative techniques used in the analysis of business problems. The objectives of the statistical element of the courses are to develop awareness of the key methods of practical statistics, to instill confidence in the analysis and interpretation of business data using techniques.

Module 7 : International Business Law

International and economic relations. International contracts. Structure and contents writing of contracts.
